These three aids, in my opinion, are most essential (&amp; sufficient) aids for Meditation. However, once you become regular in your meditation practice and it becomes a part of your life, you can consider using various meditation accessories (generally known as Meditation Supplies). In this article (and subsequent articles in these series) I will throw lights on various kinds of meditation supplies used by people while meditating.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o> <\/o>Meditation supplies include various cloths, robe, mat, pillows, chair, stool &amp; timers etc designed specifically for meditation. Using these meditation supplies during meditation can help you a great deal as they create a suitable environment for meditation and help us focus on meditation in a better way.<span>  <\/span>If you are an absolute beginner in meditation and can afford to use these meditation supplies, you can make very fast progress. Having said that, I must clarify that these meditation supplies are recommended but not absolutely essential. You can meditate very well even without them.
