Tip:  "Do some creative work not for money but for fun" 

Here is why: 
This is a very important and powerful tip or reducing tension and stress from life. All of us are involved in some kind of work for making a living. You may be working in any organization or company or you may be teaching in any school/ college or you may have your own business. One thing is certain :  Unless you have an exceptionally interesting job (that provide you with many opportunities of pure fun and entertainment ), you are bound to get bored with your job/work/business. As the time passes by, everything becomes  monotonous and banal. This routine and boring life give rise to unnecessary frustration and stress. The way to deal with such boredom and stress-creating problem is to indulge oneself in some creative work. 

  Just start doing something creative - not for money but for fun and joy. Develop a hobby and involve in it passionately. Remember the activities you used to perform in your early years : Fishing, cycling, gardening, painting, playing guitar, sculpturing, studying about a particular subject such as ancient history, world wars, aliens etc. There are so many creative things which you can learn. If you love music or dancing , enroll yourself in any evening music class. If you have an academic dream, fulfill it by enrolling yourself for an evening or correspondence classes of that subject.  

 There is no limit of creativity and innovation. Doing a creative work will prove to be a pleasant deviation from your routine life and  provide you a respite from your daily monotonous life. You can choose any creative work of your choice. You can build a website for your family or friends or you can learn driving, singing, playing any musical instrument, carpentry, gardening etc. Just give this tip a try. 

Try doing something creative - just for fun ! not for money . You will be surprised to see the changes this will bring in you.
