The wonderful habit : Deep breathing

Dear friends, Meditationiseasy.com is a huge website comprising hundred of pages of techniques and tips on meditation, yoga, relaxation, stress-reduction etc. However, if you ask me one thing which everybody must learn from the website then I will say : learn to  adopt a habit of deep breathing. 

Deep breathing is really a wonderful habit. It can work almost miracles for your health and your life.

An alternative to Adobe Acrobat reader

We all know that  Adobe Acrobat reader is a very useful software for reading pdf files. Files with pdf format can be easily read on any computer (be it a Windows, Mac or any other) as they do not depends upon the fonts installed in the computers. The only requirement is a pdf reader software. 

 Adobe Acrobat Reader is the most popular free pdf software. However, it has increasingly been observed by many that with its every latest version, Adobe Acrobat Reader is becoming more and more heavy and difficult to use. It takes just too much time in loading. Further it's a sort of nightmare if you directly click a pdf  link on net. In most of the cases, the page hangs and stop responding. It takes ages to open a pdf file by directly clicking on it's link if we use Adobe Acrobat Reader. Well if somebody has a super fast internet connection then it's a different thing !

 Not any more. Now all of us have a alternative to Adobe Acrobat Reader.  It's super fast, it's extremely  light and it's free !!

It is Foxit pdf reader from Foxitsoftware.com

It can do everything what you expect from Adobe acrobat reader and more ! You can read any pdf file, and modify it too ! It has an inbuilt Typewriter feature which make editing the pdf files  plain simple. 

And unlike Adobe Reader, it needs no installation on your PC. Just download it (less than 1 MB in size !) ,  unzip the file and start using the software ! easy :)

One you copy it, configure it as your default pdf reader and you will never get annoyed on clicking a direct pdf link on your computer.
